Delicious little finger cookies that will send you to the moon.

I do not drink coffee because I don't like it, in any shape or form, and yet I love these little finger cookies...
The best cookie I've had in years. Thank you! – MJM
I'm making these little babies today, and this time I'm going to get a snapshot to add below, before they fly off the plate!
I came up with the idea because I initially made them with original coffee powder, but upon seeing a jar of Irish Coffee powder in the supermarket for the first time, I couldn't resist trying the recipe out with that instead.
I eat a couple of these cookies with my favourite cup of English tea, which does sound really weird, especially to a coffee aficionado reading this; but, hey, don't knock until you try it. Besides, I was born and raised in England, who happens to have an Irish surname.
My Irish Coffee walnut Cookies are so mouthwatering tasty, and heavenly to eat, that it's hard to stop at just two, without saying, "well one more won't hurt" or "just another, and I'll make that the last!"
If you don't like walnuts, you can experiment and use other finely chopped nuts you do like instead.
I also crush a couple of them up and mix them into vanilla ice cream which is unbelievably yummy for your tummy!
